Lincoln School students go on boat tour of New York City

Second and third-grade classes from Lincoln School took a class trip on the Circle Line, a boat tour in New York City, on Thursday, May 25, 2023. They took an hour-and-a-half cruise around the harbor.

They passed by many famous landmarks on the Hudson and East Rivers such as the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the Freedom Tower, and a beautiful view of Manhattan’s downtown and midtown skylines. The field trip was the culminating activity for their unit on immigration.

"A great time was had by all!" said Kathy Wilantowicz, second grade teacher at Lincoln.
